The following terms and conditions govern all purchases:

Payment in full by American Express, MasterCard, or VISA is required at the time of the order.  No credit or COD orders will be accepted.  All orders are subject to confirmation by CREFORM’s corporate office and if an error in pricing or otherwise is discovered, CREFORM may cancel the order upon refunding customer’s payment in full.

Shipping is FOB Wixom, Michigan or Greer, South Carolina, USA.  Freight is additional based on the item and quantity you are ordering.  We have negotiated rates with our carriers and pass these discounts on to you.  When ordering specify standard ground (5-7 business days) or express air (2nd day or overnight).  Your order should ship within 1-2 days for parts and 3-5 days for kits.  We are not responsible for any delays caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control.  If there are any delays we will let you know by email.

Any damaged or missing items upon delivery should be reported no later than the next business day after receipt and will be replaced at our expense.

CREFORM brand pipe, joints, and accessories come with a two-year limited warranty, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.  This warranty begins when the product is shipped from our warehouse.  Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any defective components which are returned to us or otherwise demonstrated to our satisfaction to be not as warranted.  If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.  The customer is responsible for shipping defective materials back to CREFORM and CREFORM will pay the cost of delivering replacement parts.  CREFORM will not be responsible for any labor costs incurred by customer.

All non-CREFORM manufactured material (noted on instruction manual) is subject to its manufacturer’s warranty only.

All warranties are voided if any product is not used in accordance with product instructions or in case of commercial or industrial use, or misuse, abuse or neglect of the user.

The foregoing warranties are exclusive and there are no other warranties express or implied with regard to the products that we sell, and all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.  Any implied warranty that cannot be excluded by law is limited to the duration of the express warranty.  We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages for any reason whatsoever.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitations in this paragraph may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Any order can be canceled prior to shipment.  Sorry, after the order has been shipped we cannot stop or reroute the shipment.  After you receive the material please follow the return procedure.

We want you to enjoy your experience with CREFORM.  If you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know within 30 days from the date that you receive your order.  Please contact us by phone or email in order to obtain a return authorization number, which must be written clearly on the outside of the package.  Returned product must be in original condition.  This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided.  We will be happy to refund the purchase price, less 5% for any unopened containers, or less 15% for opened containers, of the item(s) that you return or wish to exchange.  Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages or packages without an RMA visible are not accepted. 

CREFORM does not claim to meet state or local building code restrictions and regulations.  It is up to you to contact your local building department to check if there are specific requirements, and you are responsible for any applicable permits and/or costs.

You agree that you are buying only for your own use only and not for resale or export.  CREFORM Corporation has separate terms and conditions governing resale of product.
